About Us

Founded by Inoue and Tamanna, Stillness Planners was born out of a shared vision to re-define what a planner can be. As two entrepreneurs, we realized how limited the options were for service-based businesses like the ones we once had. Everything on the market felt either too basic or not built for the realities of growing a brand.

So we decided to create what didn’t exist, a planner that truly understands business owners. Our first release, the Client Appointment and Finance Planner, became the foundation of Stillness: a high-quality, deeply thought out blueprint designed to help entrepreneurs stay organized, track progress, and grow with clarity.

But Stillness quickly became more than just business planning. We wanted to bring that same level of quality, mindfulness, and structure to every part of life. From our Social Media Planner and Weekly Planners to our Digital Editions and upcoming Budget Planner, each one is created with intention and depth, built to help you keep track of it all without feeling overwhelmed.

Our goal has always been to design planners that stand out, not the kind you toss in the back of a drawer, but the ones you reach for every day because they actually make a difference. And this is just the beginning, we plan to continue expanding our collection with more planners that inspire clarity, consistency, and focus in every area of life.

At Stillness Planners, we believe productivity shouldn’t feel overwhelming, it should feel intentional, empowering and productive. We’ve poured our hearts into creating each and every planner, and we’re so excited to share them with you all!
